Which makes absolutely no sense to me and according to the contract I had signed with Google right there I had a 30-day return as long as the phone wasn't broken or water damaged which it was not because the phone did not work from the get-go so after being lied to you by this agent and being disconnected I again contacted Google only to be disconnected once again so on my third attempt I asked for a record of my last two conversations only to be told they were not in a position to give me those I asked to speak with the supervisor and of course was disconnected so now again I contact them and at this point they have not returned any of their dropped conversations with me as they claim they will isn't that why you ask for our phone number but again not one phone call not one email I again call and chat at the same time with two different agents getting two different stories and once again telling me from one that they're not in a position to give me this information and the other one telling me there is no record of me ever contacting them and that at this time I'm now past my 30-day return.
